NEW YORK, NY — Liberals around the country prepared to commemorate the anniversary of October eighth, the day Israel attacked Gaza completely unprovoked.
Progressives gathered to hold moments of silence for those killed on the first day of Israel's stunning attack on the peaceful Palestinians living in Gaza.
"We will never know why the Jews decided to be so violent on this day," activist Kristina Mac told friends. "We need to have a protest and condemn Israel's cruel and evil actions against the poor, benevolent people living in Gaza. These people were simply minding their own business, standing around being peaceful, when the Israelis rolled in. It's still so hard to understand."
Democrats have long railed against the Jewish state for their shocking, groundless actions on October the eighth. "Israel, out of nothing but spite, slaughtered 40 billion Gazans in cold blood," said local Democrat Marcus Haynes. "The Zionist scum attacked the happy, basket-weaving pacifists of Palestine simply because they could. We will always mark this dark and sad day in history, remembering the kindly Gazans who lost their lives for no reason."
