CHINO, CA — A local introvert was reportedly unable to correct a waiter at his favorite restaurant when, after ordering a side of mashed potatoes, he instead received a concrete cinder block.

Henry Lee, a local introvert, reportedly frowned uncomfortably when a cinder block was brought to the table, but when his waiter asked if everything was satisfactory, he refused to speak up.

"It's fine," he said.

However, according to sources, it was not fine, as Lee had ordered mashed potatoes and not a cinder block.

"Just send it back," his wife told the struggling introvert. But Lee would hear nothing of it.

"I said it's fine. I'll just eat this... cinder block," he said. "It has some nice garnish at least. So fancy."

While this was not the first time Lee had refused to send the wrong item back at a restaurant, it was the first time he'd received a cinder block, those close to the matter said.

"It's kind of a weird mistake for a restaurant to make," Lee later said. "It made me think I was in the wrong for not wanting to eat it, so obviously I had to accept it."

When Lee was later offered a doggy bag to take the cinder block home, he didn't hesitate. "Uh, sure," he replied, even though he knew he would never eat the cinder block, due to it being a cinder block.

At publishing time, the cinder block was last seen still sitting in Henry Lee's refrigerator.
