WASHINGTON, D.C. - A new bill proposed in Congress would allow millennials to stay on their parents' Netflix account until they turn 35.

The law would force parents to keep their kids on their Netflix accounts much longer. While traditionally, children have broken away from their parents and gotten their own Netflix accounts when they turn 18, this generation has stayed on their parents' Netflix accounts longer and longer.

"Every millennial deserves universal Netflix coverage," said one sponsor of the bill. "Netflix is a human right, after all."

To help fund the bureaucracy to enforce the bill, anyone who chooses not to subscribe to Netflix will pay a Netflixcare penalty of up to $1,000.00 per year.

The law would also apply to Amazon Prime accounts, Hulu, and HBO.
