U.S. — In what food scientists are calling "a breakthrough in modern cuisine," Taco Bell has unveiled an incredible new way to arrange of its four ingredients.
The new menu item, reportedly to be called the "QuesaChalupa Crunchwrap Melt Supreme", will still contain the same beef paste, cheese sludge, tortilla matter, and sour cream contained in every Taco Bell offering. However, they will be uniquely layered and then folded in an entirely different geometric configuration .
"We're pushing the boundaries of what's possible," said Taco Bell Chief Innovation Officer Derek Fonseca. "Instead of putting the beef paste on and then the sour cream, we're going to put the sour cream on first. Then, we'll fold the tortilla diagonally instead of horizontally. This will change everything."
Customers nationwide have expressed unreserved excitement about the new QuesaChalupa Crunchwrap Melt Supreme. "It's so revolutionary and punk rock," said local customer Kyle Ramirez. "Like, you hold it in a different way because of how it's folded, and it's sour cream forward. Plus, it comes in shiny purple paper. It's crazy, man."
At publishing time, Taco Bell had announced plans to develop a new menu item for next year which will see the same four ingredients folded into a parallelogram.
