U.S. — According to sources, investigative journalist James O'Keefe once again went deep undercover in spite of his notoriety by parting his hair on the other side.
"They will never know it's me," a man who looked like O'Keefe with his hair parted on the other side said. "I am a shadow."
O'Keefe rose to prominence after exposing Planned Parenthood operations by partnering with anti-abortion activist Lila Rose and portraying himself as a prospective donor. The ensuing story was so explosive, however, that it threatened to end his undercover work forever — until he realized he could part his hair on the other side and become a completely different person.
O'Keefe said he got the idea for his latest disguise by looking in the mirror. "One day I looked in a mirror and couldn't recognize myself. At first, I thought I was going crazy, but then I realized it was because the mirror image is reversed and the reflection staring back at me was a man who looked almost completely like me, but with his hair parted differently," he explained. "I knew then that no one would recognize me if I changed my hair a little."
At publishing time, James O'Keefe released undercover video footage of him infiltrating the FBI as a man named Steve. "You know, you look a lot like James O'Keefe, but he parts his hair on the other side," one federal agent is heard saying on video before quickly explaining how he was in charge of spying on Trump for Obama.
