LOS ANGELES, CA — What had been an unpredictable Southern California housing market received an unexpected boost over the weekend, as the house on Jaden Smith's head was listed on Zillow for $1.6 million.
The young man famous for being Will Smith's son appeared on the Grammy Awards red carpet sporting the latest in cranial domicile fashion, sparking interest in the home's availability. Those looking for a new house were pleased to learn that the castle had just gone on the market.
"It's not a bad price, honestly. Plus, it has a celebrity's head inside of it," said real estate agent Aaron Olla. "Nobody knows how things are going to shake out in the LA market after the fires, but being able to grab a castle that is occupied by Jayden Smith's head might be too appealing for some buyers to pass up."
The house's listing offered a glimpse into what potential residents could expect to find inside:
