FEDERAL WAY, WA — Local Gen Zer Krista Evans reportedly selected her fanciest pajamas for a recent job interview at a local tech company.

"I wanted to wear something that would make a good first impression," Evans told her friends. "I looked through my closet and saw sweats, yoga pants, more sweats, a few swimsuits, and more yoga pants. I picked out the nicest pair of pajamas I could find and paired them with my favorite sleep mask."

Evans expressed that she was excited about the opportunity to interview at one of the nation's largest tech companies and was eager to impress the developers interviewing her. She later explained that she decided not to brush out her hair, worried that it might make it look like she was trying too hard.

"I don't want them to think I'm desperate or anything," Evans told friends. "I want to look excited but not over-the-top. I think this outfit conveys my maturity and professional attitude. I don't want them to think I'm one of those lame old people who wear, like, regular clothes in public.

During the interview, Evans told the hiring manager that she would like to work there, but also, whatever. The company said they'd get back to her soon, and that they appreciate the skills she outlined in her resume, like "TikTok" and "expert at ordering DoorDash."

At publishing time, Evans decided she didn't want to work, as that's some sort of Capitalist construct.
