Dems Criticize ACB For Constantly Interrupting Their Campaign Speeches

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Democrats have blasted Amy Coney Barrett for showing up to a Senate hearing concerning her nomination to the Supreme Court and constantly responding to their questions instead of letting them give their campaign speeches for political clout.

"Excuse me, ma'am, I'm trying to grandstand for my political base!" shouted Cory Booker, pointing at her as though he were Phoenix Wright, Ace Attorney. "How dare you, ma'am!"

Judge Barrett looked at him in surprise. "I thought this was about my nomination."

"HOW! DARE! YOU!" Booker screamed, clapping with each word. "Camera people -- did you get that? I want it on SnapTok, TikChat, and Instawhatever by noon. Thank you for coming here today, Judge Barrett. That will be all."

Judge Barrett then managed to replace herself with a cardboard cutout while she slipped out to drop the kids off at soccer practice.
