WASHINGTON, D.C. — Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson arrived for work at the Supreme Court building this morning in the official, yellow SCOTUS short bus.

Onlookers cheered as Jackson emerged from the bus, after several minutes of trying to figure out how to open the bus door.

"Aw, look at her, all dressed up like a big girl," said local woman Jeannie Gordon. "It's so neat that the Supreme Court makes accommodations for people like Ketanji. I love that she gets to participate, just like anyone else. Oh look, they're even letting her put on a robe! So sweet."

Though the Supreme Court has done its best to allow Jackson to feel like she's a part of things, it has not been without its challenges. "Yesterday, oral arguments were dalyed an entire hour because Jackson ate another glue stick," said court clerk Walter Beauregard. "Some of the justices handle it better than others. Barrett is used to lots of toddlers, but Justice Thomas... not so much. Last week, he tried to set himself on fire just to get a break from Jackson talking."

At publishing time, the Court had been delayed again after Jackson ate all of the amicus briefs.
