LOS ANGELES, CA — Actor George Clooney announced today the premiere of the highly anticipated sequel Ocean's 14, which will follow Danny Ocean and his gang as they steal $30 million dollars by cleverly getting people to hand money to a dementia patient disguised as a politician.
According to Hollywood sources, the plot follows Ocean's crew as they host a high-profile Los Angeles fundraiser for a politician before revealing afterwards that the candidate actually suffers from mid-stage dementia, absconding with the entire proceeds from the night.
Film critics are already raving over the subtle plot twists and hilarious comedy of the film.
"Classic Clooney," said Gayle Richards, a New York Times movie reviewer. "Clever misdirection, changing his mind at the drop of a hat — this film displays George Clooney's acting at its finest as he bamboozles an entire fundraiser. The way he manages to get an entire ballroom of people to give $30 million to an old chap before revealing that the guy totally lost his marbles? Just outstanding. What a heist!"
At publishing time, movie studios had yet to confirm a definitive release date for Ocean's 14 as they felt the whole plot to be too improbable.
Citing concerns about stiff competition from Amazon and an impossible-to-please Gen Z, Santa has announced he's hanging up the hat for good.
