U.S. — After watching the news of the Iranian government executing tens of thousands of protestors, political commentator Tucker Carlson expressed amazement at how clean and well-run the murders were.
"It's actually impressive," Carlson said in a video posted to X. "You know, Ayatollah Kohemeni gets a bad rap, but when you see what he's accomplished, the way he runs his country, I'm telling you the mainstream media just isn't reporting what's really happening here. These public executions are so efficient!"
Carlson expressed amazement at how the regime was able to put down protests and attempt to restore its supreme authority, praising the Ayatollah despite no one reporting on how well Iran's government can murder its own people because "There are some people — I'm not going to say who, but you know who they are — who don't want you to know."
"It's Israel. I'm referring to Israel."
At the close of his monologue, Carlson explained that the lack of recognition for the efficiency of Iran's executions was a sign that more nefarious powers were at work.
"I'm telling you, no one wants people to know how clean these executions are," he reiterated. "It would show the world that there is another, much more moral and admirable country in the Middle East that's actually making a difference instead of sitting around influencing American social media users and political decisions. Well done, Mr. Ayatollah! AHAHAHAHA!"
At publishing time, Carlson has also praised the Iranian government for how well it was able to suppress information and asked if they could come to the U.S. and do the same thing with people who criticize him.
