HEAVEN — Celestial sources say that Scott Adams, creator of the "Dilbert" comic strip, has just been shown to the glorious heavenly cubicle where he will spend the rest of eternity praising God.

According to St. Peter, the renowned comic artist passed his final performance review with flying colors by claiming the accomplishments, challenges faced, and progress on goals of his new boss, Jesus Christ, as his own through faith.

"Scott is now happily situated in his very own celestial cubicle drawing more Dilbert comics," St. Peter said in a memo circulated to other heavenly associates. "As a valued member of our community, he has been equipped with a state-of-the-art Dell computer running Windows XP, a free stapler, and an unlimited supply of coffee for the rest of eternity."

Scott's cubicle neighbors say he is a fantastic addition to their team.

"He doesn't voice-text, which is great," said one of the angels. "He might not have one of the nice offices down the hall, but we're all so glad to welcome a new collaborator. I think I'm going to ask him to go make me some copies now."

At publishing time, Scott Adams had been moved into a shared cubicle with French philosopher Blaise Pascal.
