GRAND BLANC, MI — Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints responded to the tragic attacks on one of their locations by continuing to be nice and friendly to everyone they met.

"Gosh, this really boils my blood," LDS member Carolyn Smith said. "I'm going to continue to be as nice and neighborly to the people around, and maybe I'll take someone a casserole. Heck, I'm so mad I might even make a cake and take it to my next-door neighbor!"

A deadly attack at an LDS church building on Sunday morning left the local and international community reeling. Members of the church everywhere reacted with shock, sadness, and a commitment to continue being super duper nice to everyone around them.

"I know people think some of our beliefs are strange, and honestly, I get that," Jeremy Hansen commented. "I just try to stay under the radar by having a happy home life, a pretty successful professional life, and doing whatever I can to help my community and country. My wife is over there making a pan of enchiladas for the bomb squad that was deployed to the crime scene. I told her she might need to wait a few hours before they'll let her past the barricades…"

At publishing time, two members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (or MOTCOJCOLDS, as they like to be called) announced they're available to answer any questions you might have about their church and would be happy to bring you a free copy of The Book of Mormon.

Editor's Note: After interviewing Jeremy Hansen, we were offered several casseroles by his wife.
