PLYMOUTH, MA In the wake of Lindsay Clancy's murder case ending in a mistrial, several jurors have publicly accused the lone holdout juror of being stubbornly hung up on the technicality that the defendant had, in fact, committed the crimes she was accused of.

According to his fellow jurors, the man adamantly refused to find Clancy "not guilty" due to the fact that Clancy was guilty of murder.

"He just wouldn't let it go," complained Shelly Pressly, juror number four. "This arrogant, loathsome man simply could not get past the fact that Clancy committed multiple felonies. The rest of us had gotten over that fact and were ready to find her 'not guilty.' Over and over, we read the instructions to him as to how we ought to vote. And over and over, he just kept saying, 'Well, if she committed a crime, she's guilty.' We just couldn't through his thick, dumb skull."

The holdout juror, who wished to remain anonymous, admitted that he was stuck on the fact that the defendant had committed the crimes she was being tried for. "I confess, I could not overlook the fact that she was guilty," said the man. "I get that everyone else had let the whole 'murder' thing slide, but it was a bit of a sticking point for me. I'm just hard-headed, I guess."

At publishing time, several jurors had also expressed frustration that the holdout juror kept bringing deliberations back to the fact that planned to kill her children, killed them, and then admitted to killing them.
