TULSA, OK — Local couple Mark and Ellen Lindell prayed fervently today for their three-year-old to vomit so that they could avoid hosting small group tonight.
Deeply fatigued from their daughter Emily waking up several times the night before, and with their home a wreck, the Lindells turned in prayer to ask the Lord to please let Emily hurl just once.
"We really, really need Emily to toss her cookies, and soon," said Mark. "We love our small group, but we are in a bad way right now. Come on sweetheart... just blow some chunks for Daddy."
