ARENA FEROX — As his opponent once again successfully dodged his attack, Captain Falcon began to wonder if shouting "FALCON PUNCH!!" before punching people might be telegraphing his moves.
After dodging a Poké Ball hurled by Kirby, Falcon paused for a moment to ruminate.
"It's like they know what I'm going to do before I do it," thought Falcon. "Could it be that screaming 'FALCON KICK!!' before kicking someone is giving it away? Hmm."
Though worried his self-narration could be hurting his fighting performance, Falcon remained undecided on how to proceed. "It's just so satisfying. There's nothing like screaming in third person that I'm going to punch someone and then punching them super hard," said Falcon. "It really nourishes my soul. Is it worth it? I don't know."
At publishing time, a smiling Falcon had ceased ruminating, shouted "FALCON PUNCH!!!" at the top of his lungs, and punched Pikachu into oblivion.
