U.S. — Candace Owens completely dismantled the state's case against Tyler Robinson during a podcast episode on Monday, pointing out that if you don't count the video, DNA, murder weapon, ballistics, motive, text messages, and multiple confessions, then there is zero evidence he killed Charlie Kirk.
"If you don't count the evidence that Tyler Robinson killed Charlie, then there is literally no evidence that Tyler Robinson killed Charlie," Owens explained. "Everyone else is afraid to point this out, but not me. Their case completely evaporates the moment you disregard that Tyler Robinson said he was going to kill Charlie, the video evidence of him going to the campus with a rifle and aiming at Charlie, the DNA showing it was him holding the rifle, the ballistics showing that a rifle killed Charlie, and Tyler Robinson saying afterward multiple times that he killed Charlie. Once that's all gone - poof! They have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING."
According to law experts, Owens is absolutely correct. "We can't deny it. If you throw out all the evidence, then there isn't evidence. She's absolutely right," said Utah District Attorney Fledge Williams. "It's an airtight argument. It's also nonsensical gibberish, but it's a completely airtight argument. Candace wins again."
Owens responded to critics by pointing out how strange it was that they were even listening to her. "It kind of makes you think, doesn't it? Why would they be arguing with me on this point if they knew that there is no evidence without evidence?" Owens asked. "They're afraid of what you might find out when you disregard the DNA and video and ballistics and confessions.
