Every generation is unique, and parents of Gen Alpha kids are quickly learning that the world has changed quite a bit over these past few decades. The punishments of yesteryear simply don't work on kids today. But don't lose hope, parents.
Here are some incredibly effective punishments to use on your Gen Alpha kids:
Make them leave their room: It's like grounding, just in reverse.
Teach them how to drive a car: Steering wheels are like Gen Alpha kryptonite.
Threaten to take away their "rizz": The worst fate imaginable.
Force them to play Minecraft, but only on "Survival Mode": No! Not possible virtual consequences of failure!
Two hours of going by their birth gender: Reserved for serious infractions.
Threaten to embarrass them by saying "6-7" all the time: My my, how the tables have turned.
Force them to watch a video that's more than 12 seconds long: It's like a swat to the brain.
Refuse to change the age when people draw Social Security, thereby ensuring its insolvency: Ouch.
Low-key framemog them: As soon as you figure out what that means.
Give them a haircut that doesn't resemble an alpaca: For boys only.
Make them converse with a human being: Oof. That's harsh.
Discipline may look a little different these days, but you can still train this generation up right. Anyone have any other effective methods of correction for Gen Alpha kids? Share them in the comments.
