MOBILE, AL - Local reports Wednesday morning indicated that a church youth group called Xtreme 4 Christ has been singing hit worship song "I Could Sing of Your Love Forever" by Delirious? for nearly eighteen years.

The group was reportedly discovered when a parent, growing impatient with a meeting that had been running nearly two decades long, finally popped her head into the youth building to see if her son James, 15, was ready to be picked up.

But what she found shocked her, as her teenager was now 33 years old, having been stuck on stage singing of Jesus's love forever through both George W. Bush and Barack Obama's presidencies.

"I guess I can't blame them," the parent told reporters as she checked her watch and listened at the door to see if the song was over yet. "The lyrics do kind of clue you in to the fact that it's not gonna be over anytime soon."

At publishing time, the youth group's now-41-year-old worship leader had motioned for the rest of the band to play "another chorus or two, this time in Spanish."
