WOODSTOCK, ME — In an episode of his program that was sure to create significant buzz online, Tucker Carlson announced an exclusive interview with the dredged-up corpse of long-dead terrorist leader Osama bin Laden.
Carlson continued his string of controversial interviews by orchestrating the retrieval of bin Laden's remains, which had been buried at sea following his death at the hands of the U.S. military in 2011. He then propped the decomposing remains up in a chair and had a lengthy discussion with it.
"It's time to finally get your side of the story," Carlson was seen telling bin Laden's barnacle-crusted skeleton in a preview clip of the interview. "Is it true that you were murdered by a Navy SEAL team at the behest of the United States government because of your outspoken criticism of the nation of Israel? If so, why has that truth been covered up for so long? And by whom?"
"...," replied bin Laden's corpse as Carlson sat fascinated with a look of consternation on his face.
According to the preview clip, Carlson aimed to get to the bottom of bin Laden's true motives, which he suspects may not have been as entirely evil as portrayed in the media. "Perhaps you're not the villain everyone was led to believe," Carlson said. "Perhaps, as some might see it, you were simply asking questions? Questions that someone didn't want anyone to answer?"
