DALLAS — After viewing footage of the controversial items being thrown at WNBA games, Cowboys players expressed a degree of interest in having similar objects thrown at them this season.

America's Team says isn't hard up for attention, but felt like having such paraphernalia thrown in their general direction would be nice. "We would kind of like that happening to us," said quarterback Dak Prescott. "It seems like it would be great if those were tossed at our helmets, that's all I'm saying. We just see what's happening to the WNBA players, and we want the same thing, if maybe our fans would be up for that."

"Those little green things look kind of neat," said veteran punter Bryan Anger. "I think it'd be really cool if the fans threw some on the field. During a game, after a game, I don't care."

As yet, fans have not expressed interest in throwing the taboo objects onto the field because they don't want to touch them. "Gross," said longtime fan Marcus Craig. "That's it. I can't do this any more. I'm joining the Raider Nation."

At publishing time, Cowboys players were discouraged when fans at a Training Camp game cheered for them and didn't throw a single neon green object their way.
