Radical New York Attorney General Letitia James (yes, that Letitia James) is taking action to defend a new censorship law called the “Online Hate Speech Law.”

This law, which was passed in 2022, seeks to “restrict” online speech it says is intended to “vilify, humiliate, or incite violence against a group” over “race, color, religion, ethnicity, national origin, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.” There’s just one tiny little problem: all of the speech it seeks to restrict is completely protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

This is why The Babylon Bee filed an amicus brief to help fight against this unconstitutional law.
